Reduced delivery time.

Because the modules are already assembled, we can currently build more than 500m2 in one day, with just one crane and a small, specialized staff. These results can be optimized with an optimized process, it is a rhythm that cannot be assumed in traditional construction. In our experience, it can take us a few months to develop and build a project that in other cases would take years to complete.

Production cost reduction.

Modular architecture, as a general rule, reduces costs significantly beyond your time. Thanks to the reduction in the cost of prefabricated modules, facade features can be offered at a much lower price than through traditional construction.

Customization adapted to each client

Our combination of interchangeable components on our adapted structure allows us to offer unique solutions both in formal design and in textures, finishes, and features, such as the degree of ventilation. It should be said that due to our own and patented system, each of its components allows a high degree of customization, maintaining its compatibility with the rest of the components.

Flexible modular design

Another great advantage of the modular design is the flexibility available when building. Updates, modifications, and additions can be easily done with minimal effort or interruption. If a project needs to be expanded, its components can be built off-site to avoid unwanted noise and interference that could disturb other participants. Once prepared, they are easily positioned on the scheduled day using conventional cranes. In this way, in addition to avoiding noise, we also reduce the impact on the environment.

Technical support.

The enveloping skin of the building is optimized to the maximum expression, so that the connection between modules also serves as a support for other technologies included in the project. Currently, multiple international research projects are being developed for the integration of smart actuators, photovoltaic solutions, or lighting included in their components.

Integrated solutions
